The fertility rate in Singapore has been decreasing in recent years. In part, it has been postulated to be due to a decline in the men’s semen quality. Male fertility factors are involved in about half of all infertile couples. In this session, Dr Simon Chong, who is a urologist, will share with the audience the assessment and management of these male fertility factors, including and beyond the commonly mentioned varicoceles.
